If I could give zero stars I would. I had to fire David because he did nothing for my case. Then he inflated my bill with a drafted separation agreement that was a 600 dollar item that I never received. $65 to awnser a email which was billed at 15 min is a bit ridiculous. I would absolutely move on to your next choice of attorney as this one will rip you off and do nothing for you and pretty much rob you while shaking your hand and smiling.

I hired David for my nephew because he was my friend. He failed to do his job, manipulated billing and over charged for services. He shows up late and unprepared. I personally witnessed the judge reprimanding and could have charged him for not performing requirements for the case. Once I called him out on my dissatisfaction he immediately unfriended and blocked me on social media. He is the reason attorney's have a bad reputation. I have worked with other attorneys locally since my encounter with David and I can tell you there are WAY Better choices out there.

I was a client of Jeremy LaPointe. He was unresponsive for YEARS and failed to do his job. He is now under investigation for fraudulent activity.
