Ms Peavey was paid $3500 to represent our daughter in a custody hearing case. We have proof the father has an extensive history of drug and burglary arrests and continues to flaunt the law in other areas that we have documented. Ms Peavey would not review our documentation, providing no rebuttals during the hearing and seeming to side with the father's attorney. The father had not paid one dime toward the hospital, doctor costs, medications or other costs fot the first three years of her life and this was also not taken into consideration. I feel her fees were not earned and she needs to listen to her clients when they have relative information.

Gets offended, files false charges, and then has all her connections in the legal system follow through with them when you record her in her official capacity. Then has you thrown in a cage when the citizens take redress about how she acts.

Hardly cared that I was physically assaulted, and wouldn't take and information or evidence about it to use it during the case. We told her we were in a horrible situation and just seemed like she just wanted us to handle it rather than her.

I have used Darla for many years and she has always been extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with any legal advice. I will continue to use her for all my legal needs.
