Hey Daniel! I have tried to figure out a way to respond to your review directly, but I can't figure this google thing out. I am so very sorry for the lapses in communication in your case. Although I don't agree with some of your characterization, and I allowed my frustration with in your case get the best of me, I am the attorney and you are the client. Although I believe that I go above and beyond with my services, I know that I was not repetitive enough in my requests to where I know you understood them. I should have followed up with you several times to make sure we were on the same page. It is obvious we were not and for that I apologize. We had a good working relationship before, and it's so unfortunate that this one was not. I wish you well and if I ever get the opportunity

I’m writing this review with deep disappointment and stress after working with attorney Danyelle Walker on my recent bankruptcy case. I had previously used her services years ago and had a great experience, thanks in large part to her former assistant Ashley, who was truly the backbone of that office. Ashley was responsive, on top of everything, and made the process smooth and manageable. Unfortunately, this recent experience was the complete opposite. Since Ashley is no longer with the firm, the level of service has drastically declined. Communication was nearly impossible. I would send multiple emails with little to no response. Mrs. Walker was extremely professional and very caring. I would recommend everyone to her. Her staff is awsome as well. They are great people.

Spoke with Renee who I assume is the receptionist. She was extremely rude as if I was an inconvenience to her with my questions and concerns. I took my business elsewhere and I’m glad I did.
