Please and I mean please do NOT hire this man. If you want to resolve things find someone who will take the time and listen and do their job. It takes time and effort to resolve issues, not 3 visits 3,000 dollars and then runs. He doesn’t have kids best interests at all, he lack a lot of ability and I do his job. Charles may have awarded us more time, but he one visit the kids 1 time, is 2 visits in his office the initial visit and then to give us the scoop. Visit the kids mother 1 time with her wife. Awarded us more time and he told us in court he would tell the kids the court order if we wanted to, as their mother doesn’t follow court orders and her wife thinks she is above the law. -BEWARE- If you're in need of a family matters lawyer continue searching! PLEASE don't spend you're hard earned money here. I've waisted over $4k for him to have his assistant file paperwork. As soon as it was time for the trial I received a notice stating I needed to pay him an additional $2500 for any further services. Now I understand lawyers are expensive however "read the fine print" before signing with this one. Im a single mother that doesnt make a ton of money and I feel as though that was my downfall.
