Cathy Stroupe is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. She has helped me with various situations over the years and I couldn't be happier with her work, she exceeded my expectations. Cathy Stroupe and her staff are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the law, caring, have fair rates and are just wonderful people. I wouldn't hire any other lawyer unless I had too!!! Very poor experience. Attorney states she is the estate attorney for my father but is not, is rather the admins fiduciary. Opened us up to litigation by another heir by failing to do her due diligence and making all disbursements equal. Would never recommend her to my worst enemy. Attorney has lied to the NC Grievance Committee for attorneys stating we have settled our issues- we have not. The only settlement we came to was that rather fighting an appeal to hold up the validly of a prenup she hid for her client, was that my siblings and I would take an equal share along with wife. Settlement did not include the shady doings by Cathy Stroupe. Attorney has advised admin to not pay for insurance on properties which have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars due to fires with no coverage. Atto

Cathy was amazing! She helped me through a difficult 6 months and we are very pleased with the outcome. Not only did she do a great job representing me but she was also there for support through it all.
