My experience with this firm has been extremely disappointing. I hope this helps others who may be considering booking a consultation. The firm's reliance on outdated and poor communication left much to be desired. Firstly, this firm is living in a different time, as they do not embrace modern technology for client consultations. While most law firms now utilize efficient video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet, I was surprised to find that they insisted on a phone call for our consultation. This outdated approach made it cumbersome to communicate effectively, adding unnecessary stress to the process as I'm in the US and my family member is outside of the US and we wanted to be part of the consultation together.
