This is by far the worst Attorney anybody could have, if he's representing you in Bandera county he is a Yes Man to the prosecutor is not there for your best interest, will not return phone calls or emails will not communicate will not do anything other than what the prosecutor and judge seem to sway him towards. He is by far the worst public defender ever appointed to somebody. Very unprofessional run as fast as you can from him

This attorney is the reason people are afraid of hiring attorneys. He will make promises to you and collect money, only for your case to go NOWHERE. I have paid this person well into double digits and he is now ignoring phone calls, not responding to emails and my case has gone absolutely nowhere.

Typical attorney. Hard to get hold of. Only form of contact is through his office phone and email (won't give you his cell phone number) which he didn't return voice mails and/or emails. Does the bare minimum to take care of your case. I don't know who the other reviews on here are talking about but I would NEVER recommend Brett. Non-personable and only in it for the money.

When the time comes that you need a lawyer, you need someone who is well prepared and knowledgeable on the law, someone that moves quickly and gets things done, someone who won’t break your pockets to problem solve and find a way to remedy your situation, Brett Ferguson is that guy, for me specifically, he was a miracle worker and turned what could have been really bad situation into the best possible outcome, actually such a successful outcome that people still can’t believe what he achieved, 10 out of 10 recommended, and you shouldn’t think to twice before hiring him. Brett knows how to get it done.
