I think BC is a very good person overall. He was respectful to my family and me the entire time. I appreciated his honesty and sympathy for my situation. In the beginning he was doing everything that he could and the communication was great. For what the situation was I do believe he tried to get me the best possible outcome because it could have been worse. However once I was inside and he was fully paid off he stopped responding to my family. He would go missing for weeks at a time.
