We engaged Bart in 2020 to assist in a dispute for a home improvement project that ended very badly. When things got ugly with the other party, Bart was always there as a voice of reason and level headed responses. Thanks to his carefully drafted letters and calm advice, we managed to disentangle ourselves from the contractor without things heading to court. We will always be grateful to Bart for picking up the phone and listening to us during an incredibly stressful time in our lives. He is a fantastic communicator and always returend calls and emails very promptly, especially when time was of the essence. I hope we never need to hire a construction / contract lawyer again, but if we do, Bart will be the only person I'd trust.

If in need of an attorney I highly suggest NOT USING BART KLEIN. My experience with him today was horrible. He spoke to two woman like they were worthless, cursing on the phone and having no compassion for our situation what so ever. We simply called to handle a matter that was my fathers who passed away 3 months ago and he hung up on my mother and made and also made her cry. Mr. Klein had no patience and was very short fused and unprofessional. I wonder if he knew my dad passed, so I said its a sensitive time my mother just lost my father and he hung up on me!!! I am so disappointed and angry at the way we were both just treated if you want to be treated like your worthless then go right ahead and use him.
