after a long wait for the sentencing hearing for a family member, it was finally time--and Atty Pappas was a no-show. The court staff tried to reach out to him and everything. He hadn't even contacted/visited the client prior to the hearing to discuss things, and he hasn't returned our calls to explain why he didn't show up. Now we have to wait two more weeks, and look into new representation.

My son was wrongfully accused of Sexual Assault. There was a lot of evidence in his favor along with recommendation by George he requested a lie detector test to use as leverage with the prosecution . He (my son) passed the test, but because lie detector tests are not permissible in the state of Wisconsin and the prosecution was not interested in the truth.
