Law Office of Arthur Lin

I can’t begin to say enough about Arthur Lin and his excellence as an attorney. For 7 years Mr. Lin represented my son as his court appointed counsel. During that time, and during an ugly custody dispute, Mr. Lin focused only on his client. The parents’ needs were met based only on what the law permitted and what he felt was best for the child, his client. Don’t get me wrong, he was thoughtful of the parents, even when their actions and behaviors weren’t always deserving of it. He just always put the child first. Though I did not always agree with Mr. Lin’s decisions, he never failed to do what was best for my son and was compassionate and caring with him in all their interactions. He is a parent himself and knows the importance of a healthy relationship between a child and both parents.

Arthur was easy to work with. He fought for my best interest even when I wouldn't advocate for myself. Years later, I am most appreciative for his counsel. He's professional and easy to talk to. He's the only attorney I've ever left and felt good about our interaction. Not your usual attorney-type, regardless what some of the more distraught reviews mention. Surprisingly very fair rates.

Arthur Lin, is not a professional he likes to use one liners. Like I am a father too. And protecting my client. Look at other reviews. Just likes to follow the money. And to think he is a child council? Mr Lin will definitely here from the state bar on my case! Please save your money and go somewhere else! The guys has no morals and will say anything to get you think he is on your side!

Mr. Lin has no business being Minors Counsel. He put my child as a part of the conflict and recommended he be placed full time with his abuser. His briefs are full of hearsay and when confronted on them, he responds with things like “I’m not going to respond to your faulty request”. I was under the impression responding isn’t optional. He also plays games with sending his bills. He is only after money and what he can do to further his career. I will be filing a complaint against the bar with much evidence of his sloppy and biased work. I pray for the day my son ages out of the family court and we are done with Mr. Lin. People are typically afraid to speak up because of his court appointed role. He is dangerous as Minor’s Counsel.
