I just wanna say I am beyond thankful for Mrs.Powers. She’s truly an amazing attorney, very professional. I can’t thank her enough. Date of my court I went home with full satisfaction on how she worked with my case. Definitely highly recommend her to everyone and anyone who needs a family attorney!!!!

I do not recommend. She does not meet with you. Rarely talks on the phone. Most correspondence is by email. And did a continuance for 2 years and still did not help my case. Several continuances were done after I showed up for court. Then I asked for after case information and she stated her job ends once the court case is complete. Hired another lawyer who is extremely helpful.

On November 8th, I consulted Anita Powers to secure sole custody of my daughter in a non-contested case. I stressed the urgency and requested the paperwork by December 22, 2023, to meet another related deadline. The court date was set for December 11th, with assurances of meeting the deadline. Despite paying a fee of $1,335 plus a $185 credit card surcharge, the service was abysmal. The signed order only emerged on January 2, 2024, after a disgraceful delay at the county office, awaiting Anita's signature. This attorney's conduct was outrageously unprofessional. She blatantly ignored the critical timing of the custody case, creating undue stress and jeopardizing the entire matter. Once payment was made, her communication turned appallingly poor, ignoring my calls. I was repeatedly deceiv

Ms. Anita and her assistant are awesome! Very professional and even though I hired Ms. Anita at the last minute. She took my case and did everything she said she would. I will be recommending her to all my family and friends. I’m very pleased with the outcome.
