Law Office of Amos Weinberg

Amos refered me to a scammer and a fraudster by name Carlos Herrera that claimed to work with a company called FundQube, which is a fraud. Carlos scammed me for 4k for legal represention even though he is not a lawyer, and when I reached out to Amos, he claimed he was unaware of his actions, but turns out he was part of it, and asked me to go do my worst. This man has no business holding a NY barr license. He is a liar that collaborates with scammers to steal from unspsuspecting folks, and also tries hard to keep a distance from the scammer to avoid suspicion. RUN!!!!

Amos is outstanding. He is easy to talk to and very responsive. I spent a great deal of time researching Debt Consultants, and Attorney's in regards to this funding trap I fell into. It seemed like there was always an offer of a MCA agreement on my voicemail from telemarketing Phishers. They made it sound so easy. If I had known I was getting tricked into entering an illegal agreement I would of never done this. Once I started getting bullied by one I really took my time to educate myself about these MCA agreements online. During my process in trying to figure out what to do there were many options on the internet that seemed to offer help. However it became clear quickly that Amos stood out among the crowd. Our company hired Mr. Weinberg against a breach of contract suit with a customer $200k contract. customer signed contract and give us a check, after a week later customer hired another company doing his neighbor's house, started construction, their price cheaper than us. we believe we have a good case to win. Originally we agreed on contingency, he will only charge percentage of the winning. that is make us more confidence that we have a good reason to win the case. he filed the case with court and started the case, before the court day, he asked $5000, we can't back out, so we paid. On Sept 14, 2017 trail day, we emailed to the attorney handle our case. she didn't answer, called office, the Secretary said she is not working there anymore. they will have another attorney to

OMG BEWARE of this guy! I wish I could give 0 stars. READ the other reviews! They say the same bad things about Amos and I experienced some of that too! Totally botched my case with careless mistakes and questionable choices of venue, probably knowing that suing him for malpractice would be too expensive or difficult.Displays behavior that makes it obvious that Amos COULD NOT CARE LESS about you, the client. I chased this guy for years to get information. It was never the other way around. When one person complains about you it could be an isolated incident, but when 5 out of 8 complain as they did here, you know something is up and it makes me wonder about the 3 good reviews! One star rating is too high for Amos Weinberg, he is the reason why people hate lawyers. Files for judgement s without serving, This ambulance chaser should have his law license revoked. I'm filing a compliant with the AG.
