My experience working with Leena has been frustrating. Responsiveness has been a major issue; she does not reply in a timely manner. She seems reluctant to use the phone to resolve issues, preferring extended email chains that slow down progress. It is unclear if this is a stalling tactic or a lack of diligence, but the hesitancy to handle matters directly leaves much to be desired regarding efficiency and cost.
