I recommend LaVan & Neidenberg to anyone who is seeking help with obtaining disability benefits from Social Security. Each and every representative I dealt with was always courteous and professional; from the office personnel to the attorney who appeared in front of the judge with me. The process was lengthy and sometimes seemed idle, but legal matters are always slow as hearings are on the court systems' schedule, not the attorneys'. Filing for disability is a long and strenuous process. But once I signed up with Lavan & Neidenberg I let them do all the work. I would get quarterly phone calls from Jesse on the updates. Then about 2 1/2 years later I actually was scheduled a hearing here in Atlanta with the firm's lawyer Josh. What a great guy. Very knowledgeable really wanting to help, really going the extra mile. They handeled everything for my disability claim. I won my claim of course. I have no complaints at all. However, I had times that I needed to speak with someone ASAP and it may have taken a couple days or so and they would call me back. But I am not complaining at all because they did call me back.
