From the first appointment I felt comfortable and confident with Lauren’s advice. We told Lauren our circumstances and she was able to recommend the plan to fit our needs. Lauren does an excellent job explaining the details, and also provides videos for more detailed explanations. After watching the videos on our own time we were able to ask further questions if needed in our face to face appointment. I highly recommend Lauren and her staff.

They were always friendly and attentive. Because we live a distance from the office, and my husband was sick, we were unable to travel back and forth to Cooperstown.
