Attorney Rodriguez helped me with an unusual circumstance as I had both Longshore and an auto injury claim. My workers comp was through Longshore, and I was injured as a passenger by a driver that hit the vehicle I was in. FYI - If you're involved in a workman's comp case and you get sent for an MMI, and they give you an impairment rating, that you want to dispute along with putting you at MMI (maximum medical improvement) prematurely, This lawyer WILL NOT take your case.. Save your time.. Might wanna do that in every regard if the only interest is her own interest across the board..
