ZERO STARS if I could. John was recommended by multiple people. I paid $300 for him to tell me I have a really good case but that I should go through insurance and the mortgage company and they would help rescind the sale. I leave the meeting thinking okay this may not be easy but I have a plan of action. Come to find out everything John told me was a LIE. Both companies say that’s not an option, they don’t do that kind of thing and that it’s between me, the seller and the attorney. So it’s fine if you want to say you don’t want to take the case but don’t take my money and consult me with not legally sound advice. You said I tugged on your heart strings but really you took advantage of me like the person who sold me my house. Then I had to call three times for them to finally call me back
