Do Not Hire: Serious Ethical Concerns Regarding Attorney Shannon which will be supported by my complaint to the Texas Bar Association, October 2025. Attorney Shannon Lang represented our association and demonstrated serious lapses in professionalism and ethics. She made representations to the court that she would not bill our association, but later did so. She also participated in filing a lawsuit that was unauthorized by the board, which resulted in over $33,000 in unnecessary legal expenses for our association. During her representation, Ms. Lang ignored multiple requests for proof of financial records and supporting documentation, despite being asked repeatedly. Her handling of the association’s legal and financial matters has raised serious concerns, including mishandling of funds and
