Sarah, Chenda, and Jenn were all so knowledgeable and took their time to explain things to me as a first time homebuyer. They were able to get everything done quickly and efficiently with a short turn around time to my closing date. I highly recommend using Lane & Hamner for any services you may need!

They recently assisted me with closing on a property. They were very helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the overall process easy to navigate. The staff is very friendly and did an awesome job answering any and all questions I had during closing and procedures. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow through in my case. I have contacted the attorney and his paralegal multiple times by both phone and email to request an update, and I have not received any response. The complete lack of communication has been frustrating and unprofessional, especially regarding something as important and time sensitive as a divorce case. At the very least, I expected timely updates or acknowledgement of my inquiries. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Update - clerk office notified the attorney BACK in SEPTEMBER of an issue but no communication with them or me.

Do not use this real estate attorney they are unethical. They don’t return your call when you have a problem. Apparently they were the real estate attorney on my home and they didn’t do their due diligence. There was a known defect with my property that my builder was aware of that didn’t disclose to the real estate attorney regarding drainage engine irrigation problems on my property. This was not disclosed to me and I was not able to do my due diligence. Theoretically I have a $1 million lawsuit pending But it’s not worth my time I would never use this company again. They don’t represent the customer. They’re very unethical and they don’t return your calls. I asked if they could put in a claim for the damages and never heard anything back from them.
