I am a Process Server in East Texas, did a Service for this Firm. All I can say is Beware Process Servers, get your money up front. Checks never arrive.

Colin McCarthy and Lauren Stec are mediocre attorneys at best. Colin did a very poor job on my case that he called a "Slam dunk". After Colin and his inexperienced team couldn't make any progress I had a third party get involved. The third party reached out to the opposing counsel and settled my case. At this point I realized how big a failure Colin and his team were. In conclusion, I'm not sure if Colin is just a poor attorney, or a sneaky one that intentionally drags out your case to keep incurring fees. Colin will nickel and dime you with billable hours and fees. Do not hire Colin McCarthy because you will regret it, and so will your wallet.

In every case, I have experienced a highly professional staff from the attorneys to the legal assistants. It is a pleasure to assist attorneys who are efficient, well-organized and willing to listen.

Whatever you do, do NOT use this law firm. You will regret it. Shady and inexperienced. Take your business elsewhere. They will charge you while producing no results.
