I called this law firm to set up some estate planning for my family. I had to call three times before I had the opportunities to speak with the paralegal. Multiple times, he promised to return my call and send me information and fail to do so. After multiple request, he finally sent me an online document for me to fill out and return. After returning it, I waited another month and still have not heard from them. I called back and spoke with the same paralegal, and I expressed my displeasure with his lack of follow through and professionalism. At which time he became very angry and defensive.
