Never shows up to court on time. Can never get her to answer a phone call or an email. Her assistant will never return your calls. She simply shows up to court and doesn't even TRY to represent you. Just gives the judge the same information you could have. You'd been be better off representing yourself honestly. Not impressed with her and would never hire her again.

We hired Ms .Lacy to represent us in a custody battle that concerned domestic abuse and harassment. The information and things she was telling us seemed off so I started researching her information I was quick to find out that she wasn't working for us and after overhearing a conversation she was having with the other attorney behind closed doors at the courthouse it was clear she was working for them and against us so we immediately fired her. We paid her a substanial amout of money and never seen a dime back and we ended up having to represent ourselves. She was very uncaring, wouldn't answer or return calls and never gave us a detailed statement of the expenses she incurred from us. Her treatment of us was so bad I had a hard time even giving her 1 star. Be aware!!

Very disappointed with service after being paid off in full. Made several attempts to call and visit this lawyer's office and never seems to be anyone even wanting to help. No call backs, no attempt to update the customer in their case, very poor customer service experience in general.
