I contacted Lacy Katzen LLP yesterday evening to consult with an attorney about a long-standing situation which needed to finally be resolved for everybody. Attorney John Wells promptly returned my call the next morning and was quite generous with his time hearing my concerns and sharing his experience to help me find the right step to move forward. After gathering all of my information he offered a generous retainer to begin resolving the matter because of my financial situation. But, he also kindly referred me to another attorney who could handle my matter for less money. John Wells is obviously not only an incredible attorney, but an amazing human being. This place is probably the most unprofessional i have delt with contacted them to resolve a debt and they refused to work with me they were more interested in collecting money then making a deal or hearing the story the story that caused me to fall behind on my debt in the first place I encourage anyone who has this company as a debt collector to see legal advice before dealing with this company. Very unprofessional staff and only looking out for themselves and their company .
