Kwartin & Levine, LLP

Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone engage with this firm. Elaine Levine was incredibly rude with me as I tried to share with her a sensitive legal matter regarding a deceased family member. She continuously interrupted me. "Who died!?, she quipped, after I just explained it, repeatedly cut me off as I was talking, asking questions with roughness which I would have been able to speak to if she just let me talk. I never even got to say what my actual request was. She was so insensitive and I can't believe this is someone that works in family law. I wonder if she harbors some prejudices but it was nonetheless the worst interaction I ever had on the phone with an attorney.

I would highly recommend Kwartin & Levine, LLP to our family and friends. We were fortunate to work directly with Elizabeth and she was amazing. This was our first time addressing our Will & Testament, so we had no idea what it entailed. Elizabeth went through the areas in detail, helped guide us through the tough questions and provided suggestions and solutions. She worked with our busy schedules and was fast to have it completed in a very timely manner. Thank you!

Elizabeth (Liz) Lawrence was a dream to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so patient with all of our family member’s questions as we established much needed estate documents. She walked us through each step in detail, over the course of two phone calls and an in-person meeting, and took additional time to re-explain things during the signing when we had additional questions. She is also a genuinely lovely person and I would absolutely work with her again.

I am happy to recommend Kwartin & Levine, LLP. I worked with Liz Lawrence on my will and incapacity plans and later recommended she do the same for a friend. She is currently working with me on the duties as the executor for my friend's estate. In all instances, she has been thorough and responsive to my questions. The firm as a whole stresses strong interpersonal relationships with its clients.

We can't thank Liz enough for how easy she was to work with and how thorough she was throughout the entire process!! She did an outstanding job of advising us on every step of the way to make it a very easy process to put all of our will documents together which were needed. She was a pleasure to work with and it was so great to work with an attorney who was personable and so easy to talk with.
