As a public defender he has given me hope for public defenders. You think having to have a public defender they don’t care and the one in jail is just another case. Mr. Kusta has taken every single one of my phone calls and walked me threw everything to get my uncle out of jail and has been phenomenal!!
I was overcharged and had to enlist the help of the BBB to get a refund. Mr Kusta is argumentative and condescending.
This lawyer did my closing on my house they were extremely disorganized got my wife's name wrong and everything. then three months later they called me saying there was some paper work I needed to come back and sign that they missed
Mr Kusta worked harder for the kids than anyone could of expected.
