He does not follow the estate of the will. My parents house was to be shared with all the siblings. Well my brother who was the POA kept it all for himself and this lawyer didn't do a thing about it. What's the point of having a probate lawyer if he doesn't do his job and follow the will. He's useless! Update: My parents house sold in February. I was told I'd get a letter i had to sign, still waiting for it, its May now. I'll never get that letter because he stinks as a lawyer!! Also, my letters from his to me has been addressed to my sisters name in the heading and have been addressed to Mr. Which I am not. Doesn't sound to professional to me!
