I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Kurt A. Johnson, Esq. The executor hired him to provide a thorough accounting of the estate, but the experience has been anything but satisfactory. First, the accounting records were incomplete and contained significant omissions. Notably, a $20,000 check (#213) and a $20,001.18 deposit were not included in the accounting. When questioned, Mr. Johnson asserted that these transactions could be omitted because they "nearly cancel each other out," which is fundamentally incorrect. When I raised these issues, the response was not only dismissive but also unprofessional. My husband and I went to Kurt Johnson to do our will and trust. He was recommended to us by our realtor, Kelly Martin and we couldn't be happy with everything. Kurt did an excellent job explaining the process to us. We would definitely recommend Kurt Johnson if you are needing a will and/or trust done.
