I used Paul to help with a will and he did a great job. I've been trying to get him to change the executor of said will for the last 6 months and he doesn't seem to have the time to even call me back.

He did my actual closing and did a fine job a year and a half ago. There was an issue with an easement that I now need taken care of. Spoke to him once a few weeks ago and has now not returned my last 3 calls. Looking elsewhere. Called back and apologized due to a back load of Refis. Moving ahead with him.
