My mother passed in July 2020. The representative assigned to handle my probate case was named Brian. I repeatedly got notices from the probate office about late filings and it took almost 2 years for the case to be closed. After closing, I noticed and error in the paperwork involving the transfer of property. I am updating this. Found that the phone number we had was incorrect. When I got the right phone number, I had no trouble getting an appointment and everything taken care of quickly. Not sure what I think of them at the moment. I did business with them years ago to have a will drawn up, etc. For the past year, we’ve been calling repeatedly as I have more business I need to do with them. No one answers the phone so we’re leaving voicemails, asking to speak with someone. Have never gotten a call back.
