My bank has verified that three payments were sent, yet they were never cashed. Instead of investigating or assisting, Castle Breckenridge completely ignored my repeated calls and emails—over ten attempts—and passed the issue off to a third-party debt collector, Kriger & Schubert Law. Kriger & Schubert is a shady, unprofessional law firm with numerous negative reviews online that confirm their pattern of unethical behavior.
