We had our trust completed by Linda Kramer, a few years ago. We were very pleased with her expertise, professionalism and she was highly recommended by our financial advisor. Over the years, things have changed and now we need to update our trust with some changes and updated information. My father, who had a cognitive impairment walked into this office in October 2015, a few days after marrying ( confidential marriage license). He signed over his house ( he had sole title) to his wife. She then was allowed to put it into a revocable trust. I question the morals and values. When I went to another lawyer for help and social services - they were not surprised by this. Do your homework - no lawyer with a moral compass would allow this.
