I hired Tom Kramer to represent me during a child custody, child support case and was sorely disappointed with his lack of effort and expertise during my case. He spent much of his “in office“ time together inefficiently going back-and-forth between two rooms looking up information on his back room computer, making copies, bringing it back to me, and repeating the process every visit. During actual court proceedings, he was not able to accurately recall the details of the case that were presented to him previously in written form that may have affected the outcome. He struggled to use the zoom technology to appear before the judge during the final hearing delaying the case. When the judge made his ruling, he promptly excused himself to work with another client without reviewing the detail

Way better than I expected

Gave advice, Never took my case... I't was a criminal case and he's a criminal attorney, I don't ask twice.. So It just didn't make since to me. But he was a nice guy
