I’ve got a Mr. Kossman as my court support attorney. He has many caseloads at a time and it may be difficult for him to reply Sometimes. But he has been very cordial and has been explaining everything in detail when I asked, I expected less and I’m very satisfied with the service so far.

I have talked to Attorney Kossman several times. He was kind and patient with me and gave me his full attention.

Was assigned as my public defender..... Didn't even know what he looked like until 10 minutes before appearing in front of the judge the first time. He lied to me about the plea bargain. Left a bunch of conditions out, therefore leaving me clueless in front of the judge. Then, right after the judge was thru speaking with me, Dan Kossmann took off- I never saw him again after that.. he didn't even have the decency to speak with me to atleast explain things after the judge was finished with me. If I didn't have to drive so far, and if I wasn't just SO READY to get everything out of the way- then I would've hired an attorney no matter what the cost and struggle. These kind of people just don't care about you. They are only worried about settling the case and getting the next one out the door
