Never have I talked to a person as rude as the secretary at this office. When I called to get Mr. Kosmas's email address, she instantly began grilling me: "Who are you? Have you ever done business with us before? After I provided info on a previous case he had handled for me, (which the secretary couldn't find) I was so frustrated, I hung up. When I called Coronado Group, they were cheerful and helpful and provided all of the information I needed with a smile. Rest assured I won't be going back to James Kosmas after the way the secretary treated me.
