I had a very disappointing experience with Andrea L. Pearl, Esq., who was retained by the HOA in connection with the sale of my home. I was initially quoted $650 to handle the transfer of a late HOA maintenance payment. However, the day before closing, after she learned the home had been sold and the buyer’s attorney requested confirmation of any outstanding HOA balance, the fee was suddenly increased to $1,290, without prior notice or a clear explanation. When I calmly asked why the fee had doubled, Ms. Pearl became verbally aggressive and raised her voice, making the conversation tense and unprofessional. This place is a joke. They added me to a class action lawsuit. Sent me a settlement agreement 6 months later stating I'll receive $2000. Then went ghost. They don't respond to emails or return phone calls. Run far away because they'll use your name to make money and ghost you.

In a time when people doubt the institution of the Government, the Courts and have little to say that is positive about legal representation, I felt as if I was always being represented by honest, truthful individuals.and that no matter the outcome of my case, they had done everything they could to bring forth a resolution to my advantage. These are truly caring professionals where its always about you. As someone who was born in Fort Lauderdale, its nice to see a firm that reminds me of the old days where the client comes first. Extremely highly recommended.
