This review took me longer to write than what I would have liked. However, after a yearlong contract disagreement, I needed a moment to appreciate putting this situation behind me. Now that it’s over; I would be remised not to share my experience with whomever I can about the Kohl and Cook law firm. Most people have no plans of suing anyone. I merely sought to do business with a company with the expectation of our dealings ending in a positive outcome. When that didn’t happen, and a resolution was beyond my control, I looked for attorneys locally in Cincinnati who would help. Upon a series of unreturned phone calls, attorneys who weren’t interested in my case, or who didn’t have the capacity to take on new clients, I began looking outside of Cincinnati. I was at risk of losing our home. It would have been easier probably to let it go. We are raising 2 granddaughters and I was desperate. I was losing hope.
