Kelsey Deabler with Koenig | Dunne was incredibly helpful, compassionate, an amazing listener, and provided expert advise to not only help me with my case, but to also help me save money. I had a very negative experience working with Joshua due to contradictory advice and misrepresentation of critical information. Throughout the representation, I received no meaningful legal counseling and was given contradictory advice. The law, risks, options, and consequences were not explained, and I was not provided professional guidance to make informed decisions. I could have pursued a protection order, but he never recommended it. As a result of his behavior, I terminated the contract and my trial preparation was jeopardized. Clear communication and honest legal advice are fundamental to effective representation. Based on my experience, those standards were not met. I would not recommend Joshua, and I am filing a formal complaint with the state bar supported by documentation.
