Phil handled my pardon case and won my pardon. He had faith in me when few others did. I had gotten in trouble in the past due to me being Gay. I had lost a lot of my rights and thanks to Phil I had my rights restored. That let to a better job and much better life.

Phil is a very knowledgeable attorney specializing in firearms law. He helped me draft a will that addressed some firearms concerns. The work was done in a very timely manner and the cost of his services were in-line with my expectations. On multiple occasions, Phil has volunteered his time and services to help out the less fortunate in our community. I find him to be trustworthy and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.

Phil has provided legal advice and poignant commentary on finer points of the law relevant to cases in which I have an interest or potential interest. He is a known, trusted and competent attorney with respect to PA firearms law and gun owner rights and is often relied upon to provide legal advice in these areas of the law. People seek him out for his expertise and he is actively involved in educating the citizens of PA with the information they need to confidently make decisions with respect to their personal well-being and legal issues that they face in life. When I have an issue requiring his services, I will not hesitate to give him a call. You shouldn't either.

I have attended Mr. Kline's workshops, and used his professional services in at least three personal situations that I can recall. In my experience, he has been very pragmatic in his advice, even in situations where it meant I did NOT engage him further. I believe him to be of the highest integrity, and his knowledge of firearms related law (and case law) is first rate. He is at the top of my list when legal advice is needed, and I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone in need of his skillset.

The business owner cares about and does a lot for the firearms community. He holds classes for people who carry firearms to help them understand the law and how judges often perceive firearm laws. The class was about 3 hours long. The thing I liked about the class was how interactive it was. Mr. Kline spent part of the time discussing the law then opened the class up to a question and answer session. Extremely interesting and informative. He has a deep understanding of Pa law and does a great job using analogies to get his point across. I pray that I go through my life never having to use a firearm. I will go out of my way not to use one if possible. But if I ever need a firearms lawyer, I have enough faith in Mr. Kline that he will be my first call.
