I knew that I couldn’t be the only one that had the absolute worst customer service from these people. Every single person that I spoke with had the nastiest attitude. So now I’m going to see how this next step goes. I paid them in full on February 24 2026 (website stated that it would take up to 2 business days to update)and the money is still sitting in my account and today is February 27, 2026. I think what they are trying to do is wait as long as possible to make it seem as if I was late or didn’t pay to find a reason to garnish my check. It shouldn’t be this difficult to make 1 single payment. Something needs to be done about these people…. 😡

Debt collectors, and more importantly THESE collectors, don’t need to treat people with such disrespect. We may have trouble affording to live day to day. We may be choosing groceries electricity and a house over a credit building credit card with a 300 balance. Reading other reviews I see you treat everyone with the same disrespect. Try offering a kind telephone voice while we are trying to resolve the issue. Clearly, this review will go unnoticed by the firm …. But I just wonder if your family knows how awful you treat people.

I called the agency/firm because I was unclear about a couple of things. The young woman that works there, her name KATIE, was absolutely the best, she was polite, and very knowledgeable, and went the extra mile. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, so she is definitely a standout, if you need any questions or help, Katie is the one to ask for

Set up a payment with them in June of last year guy said I was good, and didn't have to appear in court. Fast forward to past the court date received a letter from the court saying I had a failure to appear and owe them court fees, so that was cool, and then today I woke up to my account being frozen, call them lady was pretty dismissive and not really helpful in regards to my questions. All she really said was yea we sent your payment back to you, no reasoning why 🤷🏻‍♂️, couldn't tell me how long my account is going to be frozen, and said that I should've received a letter in the mail. I feel as if I tried to do the right thing and still got screwed over, so now I'm assuming they're going to garnish my wages. After reading the reviews, I now understand the situation better. I called multiple times and provided the correct information repeatedly, yet the firm hired to handle this made it extremely difficult to update my account and process payment. Even the company that hired them confirmed in emails that they requested this firm to contact me, but that never happened. Two months later, I still cannot get them to accept the payment. They mailed letters to my old address, causing delays, and the online payment system shows the wrong amount, which I cannot correct. This has been frustrating and feels like they benefit more from garnishments and interest than resolving matters promptly.
