One of the worst legal experiences I’ve ever had. I hired Klafner to handle my car accident case after leaving another law firm that wasn’t returning my calls. Initially, I had hopes they’d be better. In February, they contacted me stating I’d be receiving my settlement check within 3–4 weeks—and told me not to speak to my former attorneys.
