Even though I do not live in D.C. I can still write a review on this awful place. #1 How are you going to ban an Uber Eats delivery worker and make up all of these lies? Also I just know for a fact that the rude lady at the front desk did that. If you can get up and carry all of that attitude on your back to go to the higher ups to get an Uber Eats worker banned from your building then you might as well just get in your car and go get the food yourself. I find it rather interesting that you still take food deliveries despite the fact that this is how you treat people who deliver food. #2 Who do you think you are? What makes you think that you have the power to hold someone’s car keys hostage. You don’t own the car, nor do you pay for the insurance, interior & exterior cleaning, maintenance

whose bright idea was it to make fake harassment claims to ban someone from this building, when the entire interaction was filmed and posted on the internet? they could hire a cucumber to manage this place and it’d still be better than what they have going on right now. really, lmao, do better

Was escorted off of the property because of the color of my skin. Was straight up called a "Cracker", and had security called on me while asking for assistance. These people are insane, and if their higher ups have any decency, they'd fire their entire crew.

Lady at the front desk is on a crazy power trip. Very rude and unprofessional.
