Real estate transaction with 2 contingencies totally mishandled. VERY poor/non- existent communication between them, my agent and/or me (buyer). Survey ordered w/o my knowledge or consent way too early. Deal fell through. Left me paying $350 for a survey that was worthless to me since closing didnt happen. Not sure but think there was a personal relationship between this office, the seller and or sellers agent. Maybe not the most ethical handling of this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
