I am writing this review to warn future clients about Kincaid and Associates. I went to Kincaid because I had a serious breach of contract issue with a local builder. I met with Ms. Nancy Guyton to review my case. I had an air tight case with contracts and strong support documents. I stressed with Ms. Guyton that we had to take immediate action with no delays. Ms. Guyton confirmed that my case was unbeatable and well documented. She also said she understood the need for acting immediately. Seven days passed and I heard nothing from Ms. Guyton. On the eighth day I got a voice mail from her telling me she was in Jacksonville working on another case. I fired Ms. Guyton that afternoon.
