If I could give this firm ten stars, I would. I do not usually leave reviews, but my experience here has been exceptional. My husband and I began having issues with our vehicle in May 2024, approximately seven months after we purchased the vehicle. We were at a loss, and I contacted this firm to provide guidance. My entire experience with everyone that works here has been exceptional to say the least. The entire process has been smooth. When my case began, I was working with Lauryn, and she was wonderful. Allie then took over and she was amazing as well. Every time I reached out with a concern, a worry, or just to check in, I received a quick response back. The first week my brand new jeep grand cherokee went into the shop I was devastated. After researching what could be done, I came across Kimmel & Silverman. Based off positive reviews, I decided to inquire about the lemon law. After 30 days, we were able to proceed with my claim. I purchased a 2022 SXT Dodge charger in April 2022 and within 3 days it was at the dealer for over a month fir the check engine light. I had the best experience you could imagine with this firm! We had a car that was almost 3 years old, still under warranty, but the dealer couldn't fix it. I contacted this office and immediately someone got back to me. I provided my service records, and about three weeks later I got a call that the manufacturer would replace the car in full with a new one! We had to pay the upgrade in the MSRP, which was fair, but no other costs for the new car. It has a brand new warranty. I am extremely pleased with the service that Kimmel & Silverman provided, along with the Delaware attorney in their office, and all their staff.
