Kevin and his team are phenomenal. They are hard working, diligent and don't mess around. Mr. Puckett is NOT aggressive as advertised. LET me clarify my husband Had to request updates and request mediation. Not to mention after everything was finalized, attempted reach out to the office for an incorrect year on a property with no response. A few voice messages were left and an email was sent still nothing. Expect for extra charges when you request updates.
