He was charged with two class A felonies and two class B felonies, one class C felony, out of Cumberland County, TN, Crossville, After my friend James Clark sat in jail for close to 18 months in the detention center in the Cumberland County, TN detention Center in Crossville, TN, attorney Kevin Poore was able to get all five felony counts dismissed with prejudice and get his client released immediately that day when the judge granted the motion due to lack of evidence and prosecutorial misconduct. I used Kevin to represent me in a divorce case about 3 years ago. It was a divorce, so of course I wasn't happy with the outcome. I do believe Kevin did a great job handling my case though. In the end, I felt the outcome was reasonable. I would recommend him to others.

You have not got a single day in court Both me and Scott live in Cumberland county. Nobody party to this case lives in Rhea. 80% of the land is in Cumberland County. And Upchurch has friends in the Rhea County Courthouse. This is a setup. You did this without my consent and you know I would not approve. You took my 5000$ and have not spent one single day in court. You don't tell me anything about the case. For 3 years I have been trying to get in front of a judge. I want my money back. Don't tell me it's spent either. YOU kept me at bay and when I had enough YOU moved my case where it would help my opponent.
