I scheduled a consultation with Mr. Adkison on 1/9/25, after the consultation he asked me to send over any documents that I had so he could review. I sent over the documentation that same day, then after not hearing back, on 1/13/25 I reached out stating I wanted to retain and asked if he had reviewed the documents. On 1/16/25, a staff member reached out and let me know she would complete an agreement and give the documents to him to review. Last week on 2/5/25 I still had not received any agreement and never told how to make a payment so I made a call, spoke with the same women on the email who told me she had been out sick but would give the documents to him to review and call me back by the end of the day. They don’t like doing business or anything they say they will do. Save yourself the aggravation and just find someone else. Everything seemed fine until after payment. Then it’s goodbye and have a great life basically. No letter as promised for months.

Big Disappointment. We were hoping to be reimbursed for costs for a new survey to correct survey monuments moved into our property by our neighbors, a wrongful arrest based on false allegations by our neighbors (which attorney did get dismissed), harassment, and additional outrageous false allegations by these un-neighborly neighbors, as well as for our crazy story to be told to a judge... We would have done better going to small claims court with no attorney. Attorney did not have a final meeting with us before our trial to review exactly what evidence and arguments he would present. Insufficient evidence was intoduced. Attorney claimed that evidence must be limited due to the time it takes to introduce each piece. You can't prove something without adequate evidence. Now that my divorce is finally over with and I have received the final paperwork. I can't recommend this law firm. It took 4 years to get my case to court. Every time I called the phone would ring so many times it would disconnect. When they didn't answer the phone. The couldn't never give me an update. Or would say I'll call you back Which almost never happened. I would have to actually yell at them to get some kind of answers. Which is pretty sad

Update; I have given mr. Adkinson the Total sum in regards to handling a case, and for the past 5 months I have ONLY spoken to her once ( Kayla) to which she claims my case should be handled within a week, that was two to three weeks ago and I have not heard anything else about our case, she told me to call her a week later and to have everything wrapped up and In writing and yet no one ever answers when I call. Moreover the private cell number she gave me to keep in contact with her is no longer in service as you can also see, they have no email or answering machine to leave a message, time is running out quickly and before too long, my window of opportunity will be closed So.
