Terrible!!! I hired Kenneth F. To help me close the tittle on a new real estate purchase for me. He did it late and at the end he charged me about $400 more (he said if I didn’t pay him he had my cash offer money in his escrow bank account and he had my money, so he would simply take his surprise extra hidden fee) than we had first agreed to and he said because I was intolerable and he had spent time seeing me. The house closed late thanks to him. Rude! Won’t ever go back. He was also never at his office. It’s always closed during a regular business day. Furthermore, the house I bought had furniture, cloathes, and garbage in the house, basement and yard and in the contract it says it would be brim swept and he did not have that enforced! Ken handled my eviction case to the best quickest possible resolution. He handled it so well we are using him again to sell our store.

I have some VALID concerns regarding Ken Fredette. Why is he even running for office when he is not a capable or decent lawyer and he appears to have no morals. He misrepresents in court.

Food very good and protions are good Very busy, so wait time can be long Worth the wait
