They closed on my house, did a great job, and provided the needed services—many kudos to the par legal that coordinated the effort—however, I encountered an issue with the home after the closing and tried to get legal advice, but I cannot get a returned phone call from the lawyer that was assigned to the closing. Looks like I am on my own.
